For a paid programme, any cancellation or refund terms are stated in the relevant written booking confirmation. The general website request form does not collect payment.
Digital material
Where downloadable material is specifically purchased, access and refund conditions are supplied at the point of purchase. No such sale is completed directly through this static website.
